Stafford was commissioned by the Royal Agricultural Society & Sydney Olympic Park Authority to complete the detailed business case report as part of the NSW Treasury Gateway Review process. This involved completing full financial and economic appraisal of the proposed redevelopment in a format which aligns with NSW Treasury Guidelines. The detailed business case was accepted and the project has moved onto the following gate.
